Blake Lampo

I am a passionate and dedicated student in the classroom as well as in my off-campus involvement. As a hardworking learner I seek new creative ways to improve my abilities. I am a graduate from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business with degrees in Accounting and Finance. Currently I am a MAc student at the University of Iowa within the Tippie College of Business with a focus on Financial Accounting Reporting/Auditing. Following the Spring 2020 semester I will be am sitting for the CPA exam. Outside of the classroom I have gained valuable working experience working for RSM US LLP and Lynco Products Distribution. During the Spring of 2019 I completed an auditing internship with RSM, and it was here that I was able gain valuable accounting experience while also growing my communication and problem-solving skills. I have also worked in a variety of different roles at Lynco Products Distribution. While at Lynco, I have developed leadership skills by successfully managing teams and projects. I have also, improved my data analysis skills and understanding of the industry environment.
