Benjamin Loewe Yanez
I am a theoretical physicist with interests in Soft Matter and many related areas, such as active matter and quantum theory. I am currently looking for postdoc positions. My research uses many mathematical and statistical tools and it's aimed to produce analytical result which can be backed up with approximated computer simulations. In addition I have a strong experience in the teaching of mathematics and physics.
A few of my current research interests involve:
- The study of polymers system through the use of techniques of Many Body Quantum Mechanics in its imaginary time formalism.
- The study of self-propelled systems (such as flocks) and its dynamical behavior (Phase transitions and Hydrodynamic limits)
- The study of quantum system and how to generalize its adiabatic limit behavior to more general conditions. Looking for applications in diverse physical problems.
