Within McKesson, I work for RelayHealth Pharmacy Solutions in the Business Quality and Process Improvement department. Built a Six Sigma Training Analysis program in Microsoft Excel. Automatically generates a master list of more than 300 employees at RelayHealth Pharmacy Solutions and their levels of Lean Six Sigma training along with pie charts. Allows the senior director and director to see the breakdown of Six Sigma training across the organization. Completed and passed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt exams. Performed multiple analyses on the Six Sigma Project Tracker in Microsoft Excel. Provided the senior director and director with statistics relating to cycle times and benefit dollars. Created a scorecard in Microsoft Excel which helps to track and manage annual data, accounting for all growth and losses on the documentation site. Made the process of tracking a more streamlined and manageable task during process audits and project management. Coordinated the publication of the Six Sigma Quarterly newsletter. Ensures participants are continually updated with the latest news regarding the program and how it is progressing against annual goals. Senior leadership is informed about the benefits of Six Sigma to the organization. Compiled change requests in Microsoft Excel for 25 software development projects. The information will help the Operations department to analyze trends and make potential modifications to their process. As a result, customer satisfaction will increase.
