Jane's Saddlebag (JSB) is a seasonal business founded in 2003. JSB is a family owned and operated enterprise, named after my grandmother Jane Blackmore. After helping support the business since its creation, we decided to purchase JSB. JSB is a premier tourist destination in Boone County, KY opened April-October every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are known for our many different ammenties that drawl families out and back every year. We offer a Restaurant, Petting Zoo, Whine Shop, General Store, Kids Playland, Flatboat Replicia, Kids Village all resting on 35 acres complex. Our friendly atmosphere includes crazy animals at the petting zoo, our incredible home cooked food/desserts at our restaurant, and our Wine Shoppe and General store and gift shop. We are located along the Ohio river, 2.2 miles from the Big Bone Lick park. The area is beautiful and is the reason why we host many private parties, wedding, receptions, public events and charity events. We love to meet many different people who love nature, animals, and a relaxing environment. This is a passion for my family and enjoy sharing memories for the many families that discover us every year as we continue to grow. We pray to grow the business in hopes of passing it to our children (Wyatt & Tristan) someday to continue this family business. Each year along with our normal operations, we offer on average 6-8 different events or festivals. These range from Mother's Day Celebration, Easter Egg Hunt, Car Shows, Local Farm Tour, Bluegrass Events, Craft Shows, Kids Festival and our largest event is our Annual Wine Festival established in 2013 that hosts thousands of visiters and gives to a great cause. As we continue to grow we continue to give back to the community that supports us through donations and other means.
