Currently employed at Bostik, an Arkema Co. as a Human Resource assistant, which is a leading global adhesive specialist in industrial manufacturing, construction and consumer markets. I will be acquiring my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University Many 2018. My current educational background is building the foundation for my professional career in HR and Operations Management. I am actively over the hiring and on boarding process for all new hires at the facility such as new hire orientation and all paperwork. I am responsible for all HR duties at my current location and work closely with senior HR and HRBP. My job encompasses the implementation of all company policies, recruitment/employment, and employee training and development, interviews and assessments, Unemployment, and assisting with FMLA, ADA, EEO, and STD. I also manage all front office activities such as visitors, contractors, and vendors. I also create and maintain record keeping for ISO training documents for quality and warehouse processes in accordance for auditing purposes.

Human Resources Assistant at Bostik
Currently working as a HR/Admin Assistant. My role here is to help keep employees engaged, employee relations, employee training and development, monitor conflict resolution, handle payroll discrepancies, and office management.
Administer pre-employment process for all new hires on site( drug screen, physicals, and background checks)
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Coordinate and administer on site testing(when applicable) and interviews for eligible applicants
Handle basic HR administrative tasks (occurrence documentation, STD/FMLA paperwork)

Support Logistics using SAP with various tasks including processing UPS orders, cycle counts, inventory management, production planning, processing outbound shipments, and employee training
Initiate, Record, and monitor all Workers Compensation Claims for internal employees
Manage external vendor/contract accounts (lawn care, temporary agency, vending & beverage services, Uniforms etc)
Coordinate facility events such as Company picnic, Annual Christmas party, flu shots
