Brooke Stevens

Member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi
From Manorville, N.Y.
I am attending SUNY Cortland to receive a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I will be graduating a semester early, in December 2015, in order to pursue my graduate degree in School Counseling a little earlier. At Cortland, I am currently a Resident Assistant in a Residence Hall, a Career Assistant Intern in Career Services, a Youth Mentor, and the Public Relations Specialist of the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH). Outside of Cortland, I have a passion to help others across borders. I have traveled on medical missions as a Junior Volunteer to Ecuador and El Salvador with a non-profit organization called Blanca's House. Just recently, I have planned a trip to Jamaica for the summer of 2015 to volunteer with Projects Abroad. I will be working in an underprivileged school district to help professionals with counseling and assessments of students.
