The right to be informed has several implications for AI in general. In brief, the right to be informed requires the subject be given fair processing information. Emphasizing transparency over how the data is being utilized. In machine learning, model data is often derived from various sources. The sources may have consented at the on set for the initial data to be utilized for a particular purpose. However, data is often utilized in various training models. Thus, the future training may invoke the right to be informed and require additional notice.
