Bryan Rocks

Im a Human Resources Management student currently studying at the University of Akron and averaging a 3.86 GPA. I currently am a Co-op at Sherwin-Williams within their Global Supply Chain -Research & Development organization. I am an individualistic, strong-minded and determined person; who is very venturesome and will take responsibility for risks when I believe that I have the best answer. I find the challenge of new problems and new ventures stimulating and I respond to them with immediate action. I am an ingenious and innovative problem-solver and troubleshooter. I have an actively inquiring mind, a lively interest in the technical aspects of my work, and a need to know and learn more about the systems, techniques, facts, and concepts involved in it. I excel at getting tasks completed effectively and efficiently. I am an ambitious self-starter who shows initiative, and will make decisions while assuming responsibility regardless of their success. I have a competitive drive, and will work relentlessly to achieve my goals. In a team atmosphere, I am comfortable delegating details and implementation plans with an emphasis on timely results. I am a Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) and also an Alumni of the Wounded Warrior Project.
