Assist staff attorneys and paralegals with research, writing, intake, and case preparation. Accompany attorneys to court appearances, community meetings, and workshops or presentations. Topic areas worked with: Unemployment/Benefits law, Landlord and Tenant Law, Expungements, Family Law matters, protective orders etc.

Served children and families in Scott County with a variety of social and mental health needs. Provided behavioral health intervention and family centered services, habilitation services for adults, supervised visitations in conjunction with DHS, and supervised youth community service projects in conjunction with juvenile court. Submitted reports for each individual session as well as quarterly progress reports for specific programs. Typical case load of twelve to fourteen clients.
Developed and facilitated group and individual skill building sessions for clients. Submitted daily reports for all clients. Reports would be used for Four Oaks records and as documentation provided to a clients juvenile detention officer for their legal cases if applicable.
Planned and facilitated drug prevention education programs for schools. Presented Merchant Alcohol Training to local businesses. Facilitated Prime for Life Programming as a part of individuals sentencing for getting a DUI.
