Assist in billing tuition and fees to student accounts and process account adjustments. Update student accounts with holds, alerts and notes. Advise students and parents regarding billing policies and payment options. Maintain the integrity of the Student Accounts system in compliance with all federal, state, and institutional policies. Coordinate the student refund process. Coordinate the student health insurance process in compliance with federal, state and institutional policies. Implement and manage all processes involving student monthly payment plans. Serve as back up for critical office functions and key responsibilities of the Director of Student Accounts.
