Carlos Ames

I am a passionate, driven, and creative leader always willing to learn and work outside my comfort zone. I take my responsibilities seriously and constantly push myself to achieve the best of my abilities. When I have my mind set on something, I stop at nothing until it is achieved. From my working mentality to athletic training, this intuitive mindset was a key element to my success as a student-athlete at Bates. I love working with people, especially in a team environment, and am always looking to build new relationships. The world of sports is at the forefront of my identity. From helping me find my closest friends all through school to advancing my education, sports have been a constant. I am currently pursuing a Master's from Georgetown University in Sports Management and envision myself working for a major league baseball team in the future.
