I manage an Accounts Receivable portfolio of approximately $30 million of global customers spanning over the United States, Canada, Poland, and Singapore. My duties include: Compiling, analyzing, and maintaining information on credit worthiness on assigned customers. Reviewing Aging and Claim and Deductions monthly to take necessary actions to improve performance and achieve goals. Reconciling customers accounts, including unapplied cash. Distributing weekly reports to branch management detailing past due dollars and total accounts receivable. I strive to convert accounts receivable balances into positive cash flow to promote increases in working capital for the company.
