Created a business proposal for Black Trumpet Bistro in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Came up with a plan to provide locally-sourced dishes to casual and family-friendly gatherings at an affordable price. Our services are targeted to the busy individual that can't find the time to make it to the farmers' market each week despite their desire to do so.
