Resident Assistant
Created bulletin boards, door decorations, and monthly hall programs for my residents, a group of around 30 upperclassmen. Collaborated with the Mitchell Towers Resident Assistant staff and Resident Director to create one building wide program each semester that catered to the needs of the residents. Worked with the Senior Resident Assistant to create programs and ideas that could be implemented to help our staff grow.

Senior Resident Assistant
In addition to typical Resident Assistant position, I created a duty schedule based on the availability of my staff. I worked closely with the Resident Director to help our staff succeed in their positions. I assisted the newer RA's in their bulletin boards and door decorations. I also worked on the two bulletin boards in the front lobby and brought in new ideas such as using fidget toys at staff meetings to prevent being distracted by phones. I also made my residents feel welcome through monthly hall programs and daily interactions.
