Assignments typically include such work as providing information to the public; initiating and preparing
correspondence; maintaining records, reports and files; and assisting in application processing and
servicing for Single Family (SFH) loans and grants, Multi-Family Housing (MFH) loans, and Business Program (BP) loans and grants.
Further training is given through participation in activities, conferences, and events that market and
support RD programs and services. Receives training on and uses software and information systems to
perform work assignments.
Shadows administrative or program professionals as opportunities arise and when directed.
Consults with mentor on areas of interest to expand knowledge of business/program activities.
