Supervising and coordinating the partners and vendors associated with each event.

Grand Park Sports Campus is owned by the City of Westfield, but operated as it's own entity.

Oversees all hospitality and visitor experience activation on the Grand Park Campus
Develops plans that allow Grand Park volunteers to create a positive experience for all guests
Trains internal staff on Hospitality initiatives
Communicates current and ongoing promotional programs and services to Grand Park visitors
Supports senior management in planning, development, and implementation of new visitor-related initiatives
Works with marketing department to ensure strong and effective communication to all stakeholders and visitors
Collects visitor feedback from reviews and survey

Utilizes CRM to provide excellent guest service by answering general inquiries.
Assists with invoicing permits and entering refund information in NAV software
Receipts and issues building permits, certificates of occupancy, sign permits, pool permits, encroachment permits, etc.
Writes State Board of Accounts receipts
Point of Contact for Ray's Trash Company, following up on customer complaints, requests, residential property damage, and general inquiries.
Owner of Ray's master list for The City of Westfield; Utilizing the excel spreadsheet to enter service requests and maintain address/account status clarity. Makes sure every residential address within city limits is accounted for on the master list, entering new addresses daily to ensure new residents receive service.
Utilizes SpringBrook system to maintain accounts, put in service requests, billing information, create and finalize residential and commercial accounts.
Utilizes Hamilton County Tax ID system to research deeded owners of parcels as well as transfer of deeded owner history.
