Chongyu Cong

I'm a Senior at Miami University majoring in Human Capital Management and Leadership at Miami University. I really like to communicate with people and sharing opinions. Building connections with people is my interest and I like to apply my knowledge learned from HR courses in real life. In the summer of my sophomore year, I interned at Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Service Co., Ltd (FESCO) in Beijing, China. Through my internship at FESCO, I acquired many soft skills that I believe will allow me to excel for HR jobs. In addition to my communication and problem-solving skills, I love to help others and I can contribute as an efficient performer and group member. At Miami University, I joined Chinese American Cultural Association (CACA) and I am currently the VP of our Finance department. In addition to be an extraordinary HR, my creative writing minor can help me to reach a higher level of communication during the works. I believe I can become a great addition to your company!
