I assisted the teacher in organizing and setting up science kits for students. I worked with students to enhance their writing skills.
I collaborated with other parents to provide a safe environment for students on field trips. I was the school's mascot encouraging student, parent, and staff involvement at events. I volunteered with the PTSA coordinating fundraisers and events such as Field Day to ensure a positive experience for the students and community.
I started my career with Fit4Life as a Group Fitness Instructor. Then Covid happened and everything was shut down. When we reopened I was brought on as a Fitness Consultant. My main responsibility was joining new members, keeping the facility clean, and customer service. After about 6 months I was promoted to Front Desk Service Manager. My new responsibilities included being the general managers main point of contact, overseeing the schedule for the Kids Zone workers, creating the Group Fitness Class Schedule, processing maintenance requests, and completing inventory for the Smoothie Bar. After a few short months I was promoted to General Manager at another location. My responsibilities included the same as previous roles and maintaining relationships with other businesses in the community, marketing, completing weekly and monthly training, and overseeing a staff of 25 people. I had to step away from Fit4Life when my husband received orders for Spain and our family had to move.
I was the presidents main point of contact, organized monthly school events such as; book fairs, dances, game nights, school store, popcorn days, and more. I created marketing materials, hosted monthly meetings with staff and students, processed budget requests, assisted in the organization and execution of the schools Fun Run where we raised over $25,000.
I started my career with Walgreens as a front cashier when I was 16. When I turned 18 I was trained in the photo department. After a year or so I was transferred to the pharmacy where I continued to grow and develop. I ended my career as a Certified Senior Pharmacy Technician. I worked at multiple locations during this time. When my husband received orders to Germany, our family had to move, ending my time with Walgreens
