January, 27 2017 - University of DaytonI use customer service skills on a daily basis. I use sales tactics to sell products to customers. I organize stock and shipment in the back room, I close the store a couple times a week. I perform clerical work. I assemble copies for interviews. I maintain a time sheet and timecard for myself every day. : I receive and direct telephone calls or visitors. I refer telephone callers and visitors to appropriate staff or office. I train new associates. I provide assistance in planning, monitoring, and conducting special projects and interviews for new employees. I assist in interviewing new interviewees. I process incoming mail from FedEx every week. I route and distribute outgoing mail to individuals who purchase from our company. I send the schedules for the employees out to each associate so they will all be up to date.
I worked at three locations, one of which is on Wright Patterson Air Force Base. I organized stock in the back room, made smoothies, worked the register and interacted with customers at every point in their purchase. I cleaned the entire kiosk including all dishes. I opened and closed the kiosk myself. I performed money deposit slips at the end of the night. I maintained proper condition to prevent health violations. I trained new associates. I always worked alone on weekday shifts, showing that I am responsible, reliable, and trustworthy. I maintained time sheets of myself and my cohorts.
