I am a Junior at the University of Dayton studying Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law. I plan on attending Law School after graduation and am hoping to pursue a career in politics with the well-being of others as my first priority. I am part of several student organizations at UD, and I have volunteered for numerous political campaigns of local candidates in the Dayton area as well as in Cincinnati. I am very active in my community and am passionate about the issues of social justice and equality for all people, regardless of race, gender, nationality, socioeconomic status, or religion.

Ohio Association of Community Colleges All-Ohio Academic Team Scholarship: As a member of the Nu Pi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, Phi Theta Kappa ranked students and placed them onto First, Second, and Third Teams, factoring elements such as the student essay, GPA, extracurricular activities, and credit hours completed. I was selected as a member of the All-Ohio Academic Team Third Team, and was awarded a scholarship of $250. I was recognized for my academic achievements at the Ohio Association of Community Colleges (OACC) Recognition Luncheon on April 26th, 2018 at the Ohio Statehouse Atrium in Columbus.

Sinclair Community College Honors and Service Learning Symposium Honorable Mention: For the Honors Portion of my Political Life course at Sinclair Community College, I completed a research project about an international organization, The European Union, consisting of a research essay, a PowerPoint Presentation, and a tri-fold presentation board. I presented my project at the Fall 2017 Honors and Service Learning Symposium on November 8, 2017. Projects were judged by select members of the Sinclair Community College faculty and staff, and my project, The European Union, was selected as the Honorable Mention of the Fall 2017 Honors and Service Learning Symposium. I received a $25 gift card to the Sinclair Community College Bookstore, an awards plaque, an awards certificate, and I was also recognized at the Sinclair Community College 2017-18 Honors Pinning and Recognition Ceremony on May 2, 2018.
