I work for the Consortium on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (CNCR), which is dedicated to the acquisition and dissemination of knowledge about conflict prevention, management, and resolution. The CNCR is instrumental in establishing the Atlanta Center for International Arbitration and Mediation. I research restorative justice, which is an alternative form of punishment that focuses on repairing the harm done, meeting the victim's needs and holding the offender responsible for his or her actions.
