Emmanuel College Learning Commons Customer Service Representative at Learning Commons Customer Service Representative

I work as a customer service representative though the Information Technology department at both the I.T. Helpdesk and the Cardnial Cushing Library. My tasks include basic troubleshooting, running virus scans, and fixing various hardware around campus as needed.
