Connor Bayly

Majored in Business
Clarkson University, Class of 2019
From Kirkville, N.Y.
Connor Bayly is a Senior Financial Information and Analysis major at Clarkson University with minors in Project Management and HR Management. Throughout his involvement with Alpha Kappa Psi, CUSA, and Residence Life, he has built a variety of leadership skills, and he is able to combine these will the technical and analytical skills he has gained through multiple internships and Co-Ops. He looks forward to graduating in May 2019 with his Bachelors degree and entering the workforce fulltime. Last semester (Fall 2017) Connor worked as a Financial Management Program Co-Op for General Electric Aviation in Boston, MA. His responsibilities were split between monthly analysis and project work in which he managed accounting and reported financial results for five service contracts with annual sales over $150M. He executed a contract margin review for a levelized accounting program yielding a $1.2M revenue adjustment. He also calculated YoY repair data to illustrate the shops changing workload and pitched out the +30% growth in the commercial repair business to multiple General Managers. Finally, Connor found a great work-life balance, as he chaired the Professional Development Committee. He organized lunch and learns, resume review sessions, and development panels for fellow Co-Ops. Currently, Connor is working as a Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment Co-Op for Johnson and Johnson Consumer Products in Minneapolis, MN. In his customer focused role, he supports multiple divisions and owns the hair-care division for Target. Although he just started on January 8th, he looks forward to building his supply chain skills while bringing financial and analytical support to the team.
