Responsible for customer service including sales, returns, exchanges, product location and procurement, fulfillment of Buy Online, Pick Up in Store and Ship from Store orders, and product management including stocking, merchandising, and inventorying.

Responsible for front office duties, customer inquiries, service scheduling, shop warehouse supplies reorganization, customer car washes, shop cleaning, oil changes, and assisting with various mechanical tasks.

PLEASE REFERENCE THE ATTACHED FILE - - - This "Culture/Heritage -Inspired Home Décor" item serves as the final individual project of the ME 1670 - Intro to Engineering Graphics course at Georgia Tech. This project involved full PLM engineering techniques, from initial ideation all the way through design heuristics, pencil-and-paper sketching (including perspective, multi-view, and thumbnails sketches), SOLIDWORKS modeling (including producing engineering drawings, BOMs, and assembly views), DFM techniques like GDT, and manufacturing techniques like 3D printing, to the production and presentation of final products.

This was the second project of the ENGL 1102 course, a corporate drama based on a prompt to create an in-universe creative writing piece about a Sci-Fi and Speculative Lives themed communication device designed by a classmate.
