On a daily basis, I maintenance personal, business, and retirement accounts. A huge part of my job description is building strong customer relationships and earning business from these relationships. When it comes to lending, I have experience in most segments of consumer lending and have some knowledge on commercial lending. As this is a smaller bank compared to some of our very large competitors, we do a lot of the background work manually rather than a computer system doing it for us. This has allowed me to have a deeper knowledge of most departments within the banking industry.
