Courtney Nall

Courtney Nall, a 23-year pharmaceutical industry veteran, is a Global Learning Partner for Biomedical Research at Novartis Pharmaceuticals. She specializes in diagnosing organizational capability gaps and implementing global learning solutions to advance scientific projects and bring innovative medicines to patients. Courtney's career spans roles in sales, training, sales leadership, and marketing strategy, including a rotation at Novartis global headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. She transitioned to research and development in 2022 to the Biomedical Research Learning Team. In 2024, she became Co-Chair for EWIN, focusing on empowering women within the organization. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and is pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Change and Leadership along with a master's in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of Southern California. She is an active member of MENSA and contributes her time to various philanthropic causes, including the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Army Scholarship Foundation, KidneyTexas, Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, and SPCA of North Texas. A passionate runner, Courtney enjoys participating in marathons and ultramarathons worldwide, supported by her husband and furry companions Opus and Wagner.
