I enjoy working with students of all ages and abilities. The challenging work environment within the teaching profession has driven me to push myself everyday and hone my teaching skills. I am excited to see what the future holds for me upon my graduation in May!

Work Experience

Machine Operator, RFMD at RF Micro Devices Inc. (RFMD)

In this position, I was responsible for maintaining a vast amount of output in the testing department. This position required me to work long hours, problem solve, be a team player, and make judgement calls for many issues that arose in relation to my department. I worked in two areas as a machine operator and was able to perform many technician duties. In addition, I trained incoming personnel on a regular basis, worked with engineers and technicians from all over the world, and used a vast array of computer programs to perform my job successfully.

In this position I was responsible for increasing the learning outcomes for students taking the first two introductory courses in Chemistry at Rockingham Community College.
