From 14 to 18 years old, I was a secretary and customer service representative at Longmeadow Dry Cleaners where I was given keys to open and close the establishment, work alone, take calls, count the till, handle customer requests and complaints, and more. At 18, I began tutoring as well as working as a floral clerk at Big Y.
