Aide with physical therapy appointments including bringing patients to rooms for appointments, applying/removing cold packs, applying/removing heat packs, assisting with the set up of e-stim, aiding with ultra sounds, helping patients out of traction table, and cleaning and stocking rooms/gym after all appointments.
Answer/transfer calls on operator line and assist with the installation/administrative aspects of basic voicemail features.
Worked positions such as: Box Office Manager, House Manager, Stage Manager, Event Administrator, Window Sales, Scanner/Usher, Deck Crew, and Event Crew. Working these positions required clearly/professionally communicating with patrons, selling/returning tickets, managing cash, seating patrons, communicating with performers and other staff members to ensure smoothly run shows/events, and writing performance reports.
It was my pleasure to help customers, take orders over the counter and headset, serve meals, aide in both opening and closing duties, assist in maintaining cleanliness of the store, and try to make customers days a little brighter.
