Dat Nguyen

An experienced bioinformatician/ biomedical data scientist with solid backgrounds in genomics, computer science, and statistics. Recently, I had completed a MS in Data Science and Artificial Intelligent at UT Austin which had been so fun and amazing. I also completed a PhD in Bioinformatics with focous on gene regulation inference and deep learning methods for genomics. Others past projects involved circular RNA, population-specific SNP array designs, and Polygenic risk scores where I was the lead developer of several novel high-performance computational methods.
