I'm a first year student at Champlain College and beginning looking for jobs in game production. As a Management of Creative Media Major with an emphasis on video game production, I am interested in learning effective ways to guide projects and personal toward a common goal. I have been enjoying video games and fascinated with them since I was six or seven years old with a particular love of console games. At this time I am looking to gain more experience with project management and game production through internships and further studies. I am an introvert but also a people person who prefers to connect with people on a more personal level and work with them one on one. I am gaining more confidence with public speaking and am learning to manage people more effectively through my current courses and major. Looking toward the future, I am planning to do a minor on top of my game specialization in global studies and have a real desire particularly to make connections with and in Japanese game development. I am also looking toward Europe in general and the many game production companies there to develop further connections around the globe. My hope and dream is to one day work for console game development.
