Denise Oliveira

After 25 years as an independent title closer and bank closer, I went back to my passion for Art and Photography. In 2012 I opened my studio and specialize in custom portrait photography of newborns, children, and families. Over time I have met some amazing families and kids. Shooting newborns are my favorite. They're so small, pure and I love the new baby scent. After a couple of months, I realized I wanted to do more than just capture a moment in a child's life. I want to make a change in a child's life. This is when I decided to go back to school, study, and become an elementary school teacher. Going to school in your 40's was a bit intimidating but after meeting some great people and professors, I realized I could do this. As a mother of 5, studying can be difficult, but they support me all the way. My three oldest are in college and every semester we have a competition on who's got the biggest GPA. At times I'm the winner.
