We believe that every womans story is worth telling. Its ok if you dont have it all figured out because we dont either. HER Collective strives to eliminate the rose-colored filter we as women sometimes want to cast on lifes struggles. In an effort to heal and inspire, HER Collective brings to light the raw emotions and real hardships females experience every day. Through blogs, videos, and social discussions, HER Collective is building a supportive community where women feel open to share what they are going through. No matter your background, your past mistakes or current situation, we want you to understand that you are not alone and your voice matters. We hope sharing our stories (and telling others) will help influence women use their voice and gifts in ways they never thought possible. Life is not easy, so lets get through it together. I manage financial and social services and supports to the elderly and disabled residents in a low income facility. I also plan and conduct monthly recreational activities. I work with my fellow co-workers using principles of good customer service and serve the disable and elderly population in a tactful and effective manner. Handled a wide variety of office needs including but not limited to ordering office supplies, handling a wide variety of calls, property management, rent collection, annual re certifications, preparing and submitting RFQs, grant management and dealing with contractors on a regular basis.
