Born and raised to get the job done right, I'm a strong believer that 'right' means: - Requirements are not only met, but are questioned and validated against the problem. - Uncertainties and Assumptions are identified and acknowledged responsibly. - Collaboration generates many solutions tested against their challenges and effectiveness. - Controlled, iterative development works towards substantive milestones. - Integrity, Credibility, and Transparency are held the highest regard among the entire team. - Every team member feels heard, recognized, and safe to explore bold ideas. One of my greatest strengths is the ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies. Being able to effectively communicate on them comes with that. So let's figure this out. Let's grab some paper, get animated, and start brainstorming. Stay creative, be silly, think big. There's a sea of problems out there and a universe of ideas - it's time to make a better solution, and to get it done 'right'.
