Chooses best-fit methods, defines algorithms, validates and deploys models. Performs necessary data preparation and enhancements to models.
EQT database & tableau dashboard development to support manufacturing by tracking electrical defects and quality issues.
Develop/Maintain engineering project management KPI, innovation score, and part shortage dashboards.
Identify plans for risk mitigation and opportunity.

Responsible for direct/indirect labor and activities affecting line speed, cycle checks, scrolls and workstation assignments, change control and line balancing
Utilize lean concepts to identify/eliminate waste and perform time/motion studies.
Technical services to maintain efficient levels of lean manufacturing and manning.
Daily reporting of overmanning to drive reduction of unneeded manpower
Drive reduction in operational costs through productivity improvements, reduction of breakdown/micro stops, improved quality and reduction in complexity
Eliminate any man/method issues that can lead to safety issues.
Sustainability - Support plant energy consumption reduction activities.
COVID-19 Kaizens and Suggestions in WCM database.
Safety related Kaizens and suggestions.
Support plant quality targets through workstation improvements.
Complete all quality driven SWI updates in Motorhouse, and any other areas of support.

Research, develop, and apply new technologies related to seat systems and components.
Seat testing activities related to Seat Comfort and Ergonomics utilizing internal and SAE standards.
Support Program design and development through periodic review of seating comfort concerns
Maintain and develop Seat Comfort Guidelines / Specifications
Collaborate with multiple design groups in Korea and the U.S. to transform design concepts into manufactured systems and components.
Seat Comfort Research & Development activities related to Global vehicle platforms
Prepare detailed project plans, develop supporting budget, and prepare reports for management
Research North American trends, new technology, new concepts, new testing or other special request topics.
Attend Industry meetings with automotive technical associations and societies and governmental bodies/regulatory agencies and other organizations.
Reviewing STO to find out comfort issue before the actual seat is being produced.
Support Benchmarking activity by comparing SgRP and laser scan the seat.
Market/Consumer analysis to find out preference corresponding segment.
Participating N.A comfort Clinique (Including Long term, Short term Test Drive) and analyze the data using a variety of statistics method.
Participate GM Seat Supplier QRD/Warranty meeting and report it to plant in Mexico.
Create a North America seat recall status report every 6month using NHTSA website.
