I hold a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting (BA), further enhancing my expertise and understanding of financial and human capital management. Throughout my career, I have cultivated a strong proficiency in strategic planning, talent acquisition, and employee development, enabling organizations to achieve their goals effectively. My analytical skills and attention to detail, combined with my commitment to ethical business practices, have consistently contributed to improved operational efficiencies and employee satisfaction. In addition to my professional pursuits, I believe in the importance of balancing work with a fulfilling personal life. I cherish spending time with my family and children, celebrating milestones and embracing the everyday joys that life offers. My commitment to community involvement is a core part of who I am. For the past 12 years, I have served as a host parent, actively helping teens navigate their paths, providing mentorship, and offering the support they need to succeed. This role has enriched my life and reinforced my belief in the transformative power of community and connection. Additionally, I helped develop a youth soccer club in our community, recognizing the importance of providing clubs and activities for children to foster their development, teamwork, and physical health. As the treasurer on the board, I work to ensure the club remains successful and accessible to all. I am also actively involved with Night to Shine, a remarkable initiative under the Tim Tebow Foundation. This programs mission, to bring Faith, Hope, and Love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need, resonates deeply with me. Participating in this event has allowed me to contribute to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and celebrated. Together, my professional experience, academic pursuits, and community involvement reflect my belief in the power of collaboration and the positive impact we can make in the lives of others.
