-Provided detailed information and assistance for inquiries related to teacher certification through the Department of Education-Bureau of Credentialing & Closed School Transcripts.
-I worked with Bureau managers to devise and implement changes to policy & procedures as we strived to streamline our processes and was tasked with updating the employee training manual as these took effect.
-I took the lead on transitioning our paper copies of applications, transcripts, and certifications to digital sources to provide better access and control for Bureau employees and was tasked with training new hires.

-Staffed the information desk for the Division of Motor Vehicles and was trained by State Police in techniques to identify fraudulent documents.
-I was tasked with managing the desk when my supervisor was unavailable, and assisted customers and fellow employees alike with application requirements, inquiries, processes, and applicable laws & statutes.
-I assisted with training new hires on the scope of the position and guided my fellow employees as we transitioned to a new electronic database.

-Operated a company vehicle to pick up and deliver customer merchandise and packages within an established parameter of time.
-After the initial training course, I was selected to become a manager trainee once I had established proficiency in the courier position.
-When parcel volume was at its peak during the 2017 holiday season, I helped manage a team of seasonal employees with package sorting and distribution.
