I am a 21 year old graduate student at Tufts University originally from Northampton, Massachusetts. I am currently enrolled in a 5-year combined BS/MS program in Mechanical Engineering which I expect to complete in May 2016. The masters degree will have a focus in heat transfer and fluid mechanics, specifically thermal management of electronics. I have had a passion for math since a young age and a particular passion for physics ever since my first relevant course in high school. This drive to understand the physical world around me inspired my choice to become an engineer. During my time at Tufts I have also discovered an enthusiasm and efficacy for the study of Computer Science. I hope to combine these two passions in order to make a positive contribution to the society we live in.
