Darin Knobbe

Leadership is a passion of mine, specifically in agricultural backgrounds. The steps I take towards success fall into a path of entrepreneurship. Leading AgHorizons is my startup venture. The vision is to develop humans to be emotionally intelligent where the mission is to communicate emotional engagement and emotional intelliegence by ensuring agriculture's legacy through coaching. Through my most recent summer internship and the various programs I am involved in at the university, I have began to develop this venture. I have gained strong communication skills, made my strengths concrete, and improved some of my weaknesses.
