• Identify and Purchase (if required) Equipment Needed to Execute Kilo Lab (KL) Projects
• Work with Process Engineering to Set up KL Equipment and Assist Engineering with Validating New Equipment
• Assist in Writing and Updating Process Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Operate Kilo Lab Equipment such as Batch Type Reactors, Filters, Dryers, Isolators, Milling Equipment and other Supporting Equipment Involved in Production, All According to Designated Procedures
• Perform Laboratory Tests on Process Samples and Act on Results and Monitor the Equipment; Setting Valves, Vacuums, Pumps, Pressures, etc., According to Designated Procedures to Achieve Desired Results
• Troubleshoot Production and Equipment Problems in a Safe and Effective Manner. Including Performing Minor Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance as Needed
• Assist in Training New HIPO Operators or others Assigned to Assist with Production in the Work
