While managing and coordinating the Family Medical Leave Act for over 2400 employees, I have increased my organizational processes to efficiently administer this to those who qualify. Actively manage the BWC claims for the Firelands Regional Medical Center employees in coordination with our Third Party Administrator. I have developed an annual CareLearning continued education requirement to be completed by all staff. This allows yearly reminders of what is a work related injury, illness or exposure, along with what to do when an injury, illness or exposure occurs.
