My name is Donna Oliver; I am a Troy native and have enjoyed living in my hometown. I began working at Troy University in May, 1991 (29 years and counting) and continue to love every minute of it. I earned my Bachelor's (2001) and Master's (2006) degrees from Troy University. This provided many opportunities for me at TROY, including the opportunity to move from administration to academics and began teaching fulltime in January 2008 in the Department of Criminal Justice.
I have been married to my best friend for 29 years and we have two children. Our son is 26, he and his wife, of two years, are living and working in Auburn, AL; our daughter is 23 and will earn her Master of Science in Social Work from TROY University July, 2020. My husband and I are looking forward to retiring in the near future to continue our love of camping, fishing, hunting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends!
