Student Research Assistant at Round River Conservation Studies
I spent my Fall semester (2015) abroad in Botswana, Africa through Round River Conservation Studies. While I was there, I helped collect data for the ongoing research on wildlife/herbivore populations numbers.
Daily transects drives, where the was collected, involved the use of compasses and GPS units (as well as general observation skills). The data was entered into Microsoft excel, and eventually my project partner and I created graphs and tables based off of this data.
