My ideal job in an ideal working environment is anywhere on earth with teams as families that work together towards equity in societies. I sincerely respect, listen and speak hoping to also sincerely be respected, heard and spoken to. I learn, tolerate, advocate, represent, and if needed lead in the name of others that give me the hand to do so, or I accept and respect to be led by those chosen to lead me.
