Daniel Woodruff

I am a fourth-year robotics engineering major, mathematics minor, and Tau Beta Pi member at Widener University's School of Engineering in Chester, PA. My ever-growing fascination with the various commercial and industrial applications of mechatronics, robotics, and automation stems from my long-held belief that combining computer technology and artificial intelligence into established areas of science and engineering offers a promising future for society by minimizing opportunities for human error and expanding humanity's capacity for advancement. To this end, my plans entail graduating from Widener with my bachelor's degree in 2025 with certificates of honors in engineering and general education. Upon completion of my undergraduate studies, I hope to continue to pursue a master's degree in robotics engineering and eventually find employment with a cutting-edge corporation in facilitating our society's trend of accelerating the development of increasingly groundbreaking technology that elevates our daily lives and expedites our progress towards a more promising future.
