As the Financial Manager and HR Manager of PPMH I oversee the financial health and human capital of the organization by managing accounting functions, budgeting, and reporting while also directing HR operations such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This dual role requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, ensuring both fiscal responsibilities and a positive complaint workplace culture.
For the last 15 years I have been fortunate to work in the field of health care, learning what it takes to serve the community and how best to guide those who seek assistance. I have learned the true meaning of compassion and the love and admiration for medicine.
