- Buys, stocks and tracks inventory before, during and after performances. - Supervise a staff of two during each performance. - Manages the concessions bar, sells food and beverages to patrons before the show as well as during intermission - Reconciles cash and generates regular reports of cash receipts.

- Manages a floor community of 22 residents. - Plans, creates advertisements through posters, OrgSync Events and flyers, and executes 6-8 events each semester, ranging from 15 to more than 120 attendees. - Enforces Residential Life policies, diversity expectations, and completes administrative tasks. - Communicates with residents on a one-on-one basis to 2 times each semester.

Consistently providing excellent customer service by building rapport with customers and conversing with patrons while preparing orders. Managing inventory and product levels by stocking, refilling, rotating, and preparing fresh coffee products and specialty products.
