Job duties composed of organizing and maintaining the Career Closet for students, assisting and attending Career Development events, collecting Alumnae/i data for the First Destination Survey, compiling data throughout the Lehigh Valley for internships and employment, and creating and maintaining social media accounts.

Make a connection with Guests by providing a personalized approach welcoming and greeting all Guests with a smile, while being genuine and sincere. Engaging Guests in conversation by using open-ended questions to assess reason for visit and to make experience personal. Use information gained from engaging with guests to convert Guests and drive sales. This should include inviting Guests to come in and learn about our store. Follow our Experience First approach to assist guests through the entire BABW experience.

A customer service oriented position that requires a high level of interaction with patrons of the Student Success Center within Cressman Library. As the Bridge Assistants are often the first person other students, staff and faculty see upon entering the Center, they should be attentive, outgoing, friendly, respectful and helpful. In addition, it is important that Bridge Assistants arrive for assigned shifts on time.
