Selected to serve as Head Resident for 2015-16 academic year. Responsibilities will include working with and leading a staff of twelve resident advisors for three residence halls, and acting as a liaison with the Office of Residence Life. As an HR, I will be responsible for overseeing this residential area and supervising the student staff in that community. This includes monitoring of Resident Advisors on that staff, holding weekly meetings for staff members, compiling reports, and also meeting weekly with the Residence Life office to communicate events, concerns, issues, any anything else concerning the residential area; but also to communicate back expectations to RA staff. The HR serves as a resource and referral person for all the residents of the residential area. The HR coordinates, supervises, completes various administrative tasks and assists with numerous office projects throughout the year in association with the Office of Residence Life.
