As a mathematics and economics major, I am extremely quantitative and thrive in disciplines encompassing numerical valuation techniques. In addition, I have the managerial experience in finance as an Associate Director for the past six months. My finance background coupled with my left side brain has pushed me towards a career in quantitative analytics at either the corporate level or for a financial institution. Outside of the standard academic work, I am expanding my experience with data modeling skills as I am proficient at building macros and regression models in Microsoft Excel, learning SQL, and have experience with Java, VBA, and Android Programming.

Eric Guilmette was recognized for studying abroad

For four and a half months, I studied abroad in Australia at the University of Wollongong in Wollongong, New South Wales. During my incredible experience, I took three economics courses and one mathematics course. Outside of the university, I scuba dove the Great Barrier Reef, went bungy jumping in Cairns, Queensland, and climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge, to name a few of my many thrilling adventures. Overall, I loved the culture in Australia and look forward to going back sometime soon.
